As a writer and editor, I've got the best job in town. I work with editors, publicists, literary agents, authors, production directors, and designers who all share one thing in common: a passion for the written word. It’s been my pleasure to write hundreds of articles and two books of my own, shepherd the development of books from other authors, lead editorial teams, get magazines to the newsstand each month, and build online communities. The work is challenging, the business is constantly changing, and the learning process never stops.

For the past 17 years I've written for a multitude of magazines and websites. My current specialties include luxury travel and cruise travel. My work has appeared in many outlets, including Cruise Travel, Cruise Critic, CruiseMates.com, Travel Agent, Aqua, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons, Modern Bride, American Baby, Billboard, Mix, and Musician.

I also acquire nonfiction books in a variety of nonfiction categories for Barnes & Noble Publishing.
